•  Re-roofing: installing a whole new roof over an existing structure. This work generally involves the removal of the old roof coverings and replacing with new felt support trays, breathable membrane,treated battens, slates or tiles. This is an effective roofing solution for many years ahead.
•  Flat roofing: As most property owners with a flat roof section will know, there comes a time when renewal is a must. We have successfully completed more flat roof projects that we care to remember! Typically, the options will include fibreglass or torch-on felt covering, but we are also suppliers and applicators of the Firestone RubberCover system.
•  Emergency repairs: Leaks and storm damage are a common occurrance for the property owner and diagnosis and repair is something we do well.
•  Insurance work: We deal with all manner of roofing work that arise under an insurance claim.
•  Fascias, guttering & downpipes: Removal and disposal of old, tired and dated fascias, guttering and downpipes; replaced with brand new, bright fresh PVCu components.
•  Lead work: Installing new lead, such as flashing and soakers, to chimney stacks, adjoining extension roof, etc.
•  Roof cleaning & maintenance: Removal of moss and debris from the roof. Clearing out guttering and cleaning of existing guttering, fascias and downpipes.
•  Dormers, roof windows and skylights: Modifying the existing roof to enhance its appearance with these new features, and also enhance the internal living space with the addition of more natural light.
•  New build roofing: Installation and construction of roofing systems on newly constructed properties (or complete renewal of entire roof on existing property).
•  Industrial Roofing & Cladding: From smaller engineering workshops to very large factories or warehouses.
  
•  Liquid Roofing: Modern materials allow us to develop solutions without the need to introduce heat and flame to your building.
•  Plygene gutterline systems: Gutter refurbishment in industrial and commercial sectors. We are approved contractors of HD Sharman.
