The Aberdare Extra Care facilty is flagship partnership project between Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council and Linc Cymru. Waters Roofing are delighted to have made a significant contribution to the construction of the facility.

As part of this project, we installed fire insulation to all the party walls between each modular unit, fitted a new tiled roof with Marley Edge roof tiles, new flat roofs with monoplan single ply membrane, installation of new commercial Velux roof lights and cast aluminium gutters and down pipes.
